What’s our Apprenticeship Programme all about?
Our apprenticeship programme is an incredible opportunity for talented students who want to fast track their career. You’ll join us on a five year journey where you’ll achieve a Planning degree. You’ll spend one day a week studying at university and four days a week working with Avison Young, giving you the opportunity to earn while you learn.
We know that going straight into the working world after school/ college is a big decision. That’s why we support you every step of the way in gaining the hands-on experience you need to develop both technical and leadership skills. This is an opportunity to take on real responsibility, right from the get-go. All we ask is that you have an interest in planning – we can teach you everything else you need to know!
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for students in their final year of sixth form who aren’t afraid to step up and change the game. With that in mind, we’re looking for
- A commitment to completing your level 6 degree apprenticeship
- A team player who is also able to lead with humility
- An ability to think innovatively, and to challenge for the better
- A strong drive for results, with an unwavering focus on the end game
- The desire to adapt to anything, and demonstrate agility when things don’t go to plan
- A passion for building great relationships with external and internal clients
- An ability to look ahead, and to understand the commercial landscape
- A talent for inspiring and energising those around you
Although we consider academic achievements, your individual strengths and passion for the industry are far more important to us.
