Overall Purpose of Job

We have a requirement for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our class leading building consultancy team in Manchester. Ideally having at least 2 years' post APC experience, you'll be confident shaping challenging instructions from initial client briefing through to completion.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

In joining the Building Consultancy team, you will enjoy a high quality and diverse range of instructions including a blue-chip client base. The focus of the position is intended to be broad, covering project management, contract administration and general building surveying.  

Your duties will include:

  • Contract administration
  • Project management & Employer’s Agent
  • Building surveys
  • Dilapidations
  • Party wall matters
  • Defects Analysis

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You will be dealing primarily with a broad mix commercial property.
  • The Candidate is expected to have excellent technical skills, have excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial acumen.
