We are looking for someone to join the Client Development team to lead the lender client type to help drive our growth with existing and new clients by working with Senior Leaders.
You will form a key part of the team who will lead the key account programme for lender client type working closely with the Chief Client Officer, Chair of the Lender Strategic Client Board, other Client Development Leaders and key support teams including Marketing, Comms, Finance and Innovation and Insight.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
This role is part of the Client Development team. You will be focused on the lender client type to help the business proactively grow the work we do in the lender market.
Below is an outline of the main responsibilities that form part of the role:
- Lead the key accounts programme for lender clients across the business which includes identifying trends and prospective strategic growth clients, and developing the strategy to retain and grow existing key clients
- Analyse the client base to understand opportunities and risks
- Form part of the Lender Strategic Client Board responsible for supporting growth for strategic clients
- Work closely with Client Leaders and Chair of the Lender Strategic Client Board to formulate a client plan with clear KPIs and new business opportunities identified for selected clients
- Identify appropriate client triggers, measure impact on the clients’ business and work with Marketing and Insight and Innovation to create campaigns around key trends
- Play a key part in major bids and panel appointments by advising on strategy, messaging and rehearsing teams
- Participate in various client engagement activities to build a broader understanding of the client’s agenda
- Proactively integrate learning and best practice across multiple client types and help to identify possible collaboration
- Share recent experiences, feedback and ideas with the business as part of a best practice approach
- Ensure information from meetings and client feedback is implemented across relevant key accounts
- Work across multiple geographies and service areas on client opportunities and service development
